Angel Ornament "Angelica"

Angelica is a new ornament for 2023.

Angels are super popular during the holiday season especially as ornaments on trees, but for many they are a year round symbol of love, comfort, remembrance and faith. It was my intent to create an angel that evokes uplifting levity.  I hope the flowing asymmetrical design achieves this by giving the illusion that "Angelica" is moving in an upward direction as the gown flutters and elongates to the one side, accented by three glittering flat back crystals.

"Angelica" would be the perfect gift any time of year, such as mothers day, birthdays or a gift of thanks to anyone who brings light and guidance into your life.

MATERIALS: Coloured Art Glass, Clear Textured Art Glass, 3 Clear Flat Back Crystals, 1 Glass Nugget, Copper Foil, Hand Twisted Copper Wire, Black Patina, Wax
